I always pay by eftpos or credit card when buying secondhand parts from wreckers that way you always have a reciept

Yeah I got 4 tyres from them and then attempted a warrant at the garage 10 or so spaces down the street a week or so later. One tyre was completely rotton on the inside so took it back on the car and asked for it to be replaced. Got a similar response to the OP but as they remembered selling me the tyres they discounted me $10 on a new one. F'n Gypsies but I was in a hurry.... not been back.
