Classic car + no rear seatbelts + kids

Car doesn't want phones, I-pods, school uniforms, shoes every 3 months,ice cream, chippies, more crap cd's, and no piss poor attitudes!

I dont think its a catch 22. There is no law that says you have to take your kids in the car. If the law says kids must have a seat belt, and the car doesnt have them (even if legally its doesnt have too) then to me that means you just cant cant have your kids in that particular car.

I wouldnt bother getting any car that I cant take my kids for a spin in.

If the child is aged five to seven years you must use an approved child restraint if there's one available and if it's appropriate for the child's age and size. Otherwise they must use a safety belt if one is available. If there are no child restraints or safety belts available, they must travel in the back seat.
