If it was a 5L engine, you'll need the engine (obviously) an adapter plate or custom bellhousing, custom engine mount brackets, a modified sump, probably need to sit the gearbox forwards of its normal position, so a gearbox crossmember adapter as well, you'll also need to re-length your driveshaft(s) and you'll need custom exhaust menifolds. And then there's the electrical side of it as well.
Thats all I can think of off the top of my head, the final cost will depend heaps on how much you can do yourself, I'm doing a lexus v8 surf ute and I've spent around 6k on everything so far.
