Raise it back to a usable hight and it would look ok.Not sure about the rear lights, but can't really tell from that photo.Plus the question of why it hasn't been completed / certed as that would make it much more saleable.I don't think it's rice though, much better than a lot of the stuff you see around these days.Wonder how much it would cost to get it all certed / raised and the other things they mention.
