Has any one any idea of how much to replace gasket on exhaust manifold!

At least a couple of hours labour + the cost of a gasket. So around $200. It will cost a lot more if the mechanic finds broken studs and bolts.

or cracked manifold or turbo flange, very common for the manifold to crack
