Hi there, anyone got wagon or car of this vintage that might actually have a hand book.got a few controls on my lovely 2000 G wagon specially round auto gear shift that I don't know what they're for.thinking it might be to do with econ driving or something.not my field.cheers :)
Could I rudely hijack this thread and ask, asides from the exhaust manifold issues and radiator tank issues, are there any other possibly major pitfalls to watch out for when one considers purchasing a GT-T caldina wagon! Cheers :) sorry OP

they over boost and put rods out the side of the blocks. Expensive to do a clutch on as engine and gearbox has to come out.

Ah cheers, no worries :) The overboosting issue, any way to combat it apart from driving conservatively! I am definately no ken block kind of driver, I would rather pootle along so I hope thats enough to stop it popping any rods

the waste gates fail in them. Install a boost gauge and if it ever spikes higher than normal get it checked
