I letf foot brake in autos (thats all ill own) and never had a problem yet.In town I keep the left foot poised above the brake pedal. Once on the open road I tend to then right foot brake. Reason being that if I have to stop for any number of reasons in a hurry I will have started braking before my foot would would otherwise be off then up and over to the brake pedal if right foot braking. And that could mean quite a number of meters before stopping starts. You travel quite a distance by the time you see the threat, think about it then react to it. Plus in a panic situation the chances of not getting your foot high enough and onto the pedal are high if RFB therefore needing a second attempt slowing the slowing process even more.
