Have the above engine with oil seeping through the oil filler cap, have replaced the cap with new seal, still small amount seeping out, or is engine under pressure of some sort, is there a breather of some sort that needs cleaning maybe, your thoughts.

Replace the rings,excessive blowby,normal for Mitsis.
