Seem to have an issue with the clutch on my nissan terrano 1993 manual really noticeable in 4th and 5th if you are at low revs and put foot on gas slips for a bit then engages is it likley to be the flywheel or something dont want to spend too much fixing it any ideas on what it could be and how much it may cost to fix thanks in advance

do you know how many km the clutch has done! could just be worn out. What is the pedal feel like - does the clutch 'bite' at top or bottom of the pedal travel!

It's a good day's work. Probably $1000 or so.

car has done 157km not sure if its original or not but pedal seems fine like its not at the floor when it engages

Your clutch plate is worn out. A new one installed is probably about$750 to 1000.
