As above. The engine is a 180cc water cooled Leader motor, fitted to a 2005 Gilera DNA. Its developed a rattle when doing over 8000rpm, and I have found the cam tensioner is maxed out to its full extension. Anyone know whats involved in doing a cam chain and tensioner! I assume there is also a guide that will need doing! Stupid Italian mechanical, its not quite done 20,000km! Any info would be great.
Tell me about it. My smaller 125 Suzuki that has done a 3rd more km still runs as smooth as a sewing machine
