Think about the relationship the Pressia has to the bluebird/pulsar .Apply the same relationship to the Corolla/corona and you have the carina Im not sure about the 4wd ones but Im guessing its just 4wd caldina running gear

Good reliable cars. Not any major issues with them as far as I am aware. One thing to look out for would be to see if the car is burning any oil. I know the super strut suspensions in the Levin/Trueno generally played up around the 100-150,000km mark and were quite expensive to replace. So be sure to keep an eye on that as well.

like any toyota petrol from mid 90 its the best thing there was for reliable back then , now only rust will whipe them out one by one and after 450.000 your engine will get tired

Guess it doesn't look "boring" like a Corolla/Corona but it kind of like a Celica but with 4 doors!
But it not wroth the $5000 he wanting for it is it!
