Traction control/ABS systems and airbag systems aren't the most reliable and are quite expensive to fix. The cooling systems need to be maintained otherwise the radiators can block up, which is why you see a few around with blown head gaskets cos they have overheated. Of course, some Toyota diesels do this as well, and it is the owners fault for not maintaining it. When the Land Rovers do it, it is because they are a piece of shit, go figure.
Only buy if you can afford or are willing to keep it in top shape, then they are a grouse 4wd which drive better than most cars. There are many neglected ones around which have been owned by posers who mimick rap stars, except they are 15 years too late.
They weight about 2.2t and the motor is way underpowered for it, 4th gear is short (3000rpm at 100kmh), don't expect any better than 12l/100km.
