Has anyone come across a noisy timing chain tensioner on start up, I have replaced the tensioner with genuine Toyota item, check chain rails, chain, oil pump, oil pressure etc all within manufactures spec, cleaned tensioneroil feed gallery, correct oilfilter and oil,just on start up for a split second it rattles, doing my head in!

It won't be the tensioner at fault. Done quite a few of these. Chain will need replacing.
