Hi all, looking at a 97 Mitsubishi Lancer, 1500 auto/tip tronic.
Car has some service history and appears well care for - cambelt done. Anyone own, or have owned, one of these - are they a reliable unit if cared for!
Any specific issues to look out for!
Thanks in advance - never looked at Mitsi's in the past. Nick

Nice economical cars.check for any head gasket seepage at the passengers side front nearest the gearbox side.

Does not apply to the 4G15 engine which that '97 Lancer 1.5 would have. Only happens to the 4G9x family engines.
