knock.is there a liquid additive i can put in it to quieten it .only obvious on start up for 60 -90 seconds.

Probably more oil if the oil level is low.

If its knocking its trying to tell you theres something wrong. I would take that warning as a chance to fix the problem before it becomes expensive to fix

ok,turning the stereo up sounds the cheapest short term solution!
