In the light of MORE petrol tax, i looked on the Fuelsaver website, and it had the 1300cc 2000 Toyota Tercel as one of the most fuel efficient cars!! Would this be right. Had a rating of 5 1/5 1320KM on $100 gas. Hmmm!

I guess it's possible.
But what a horrible, slow, gutless, uncomfortable, road noisy, soul draining, depressing and weak pile of crap it would be.
