This will get the worst off. push the car out of the way. use either kitty litter or saw dust to get the worst off. That will stop it from spreading. Then after the poor overworked mechanic says sorry to you, after you blast him on the phone. Get him to send the boy round with degreaser and a stiff broom and 10 litres of trans oil. This will lift 90% off, then get him to apply cement powder and scrub in to the damp concrete with the broom. leave for 5 mins and hose off. I know this from experience (split sump plug washer)
