some 'rat rods' shouldnt be on the road & youll usually find the owners are good mates with the certifier or arent totally legit

neville yes it does nand a awful lot ve rat rods are nt road legal its so obvious especially at the many shows around the country , most have been either driven illegally or trailered there lols had a 38 vauxhall 12 modified in the 70s thing was a real lauf but changing gears with a pair of vice grips and having knee action suspension was nt that good it would lift the front wheels at times and bounce when it came down ,would nt get away with it at all today
