1994 Nissan Sunny worked perfectly yesterday, then this morning it wont turn over, if I hold the ignition on all the dashboard lights flash and there is is a ticking sound from the indicator lights, the indicator lights come on together after holding the ignition on for awhile :S

Battery is flat OR battery terminals may be loose
