I back those pushing you toward the Suzuki, I rate them best in the jap bike range as the few I've had were trouble free. I hope you enjoy being back out there on two wheels. Stay safe & have FUN

Just remember no matter what they ride they're still putting up with the same shit you are so treat em right until they give ya reason not to. Yep I own a hand full of Harleys but always wave to everyone on a bike shame only about half wave back nowadays

Yeah that was the first thing I noticed & I always try to acknowledge with a wave or a nod. Side note - I was in filling up at a service stn last week & a guy was refilling his car in the next lane. He looked across, smiled & said "nice bike bro! " I then noticed he had a "head hunters mc" t-shirt on. I thanked him for his compliment & went on my way. Had I been in my car he prob wouldn't have given me a second look. Amazing how just being on 2 wheels breaks down all sorts of social barriers :-)

Dont discount the Triumph range , Thunderbird comes in lots of varients in the 1600 or 1700 paralell twin or try a 2300cc rocket with the triple. Heaps of torque and both have plenty of accessaries

Why are you so obsessed on one hand with this idea of not looking "gay" on a motorcycle while you're supporting the macho "Village People" biker image with the other?
Could this be a case of "the man doth protest too much"?
