Toyota Noah. For and against?

1999 model. Would like to hear from those that actually know what they are talking about rather than hear say. Also the 2 litre beams motor, for and against? thanks.

reggienz--Um are you asking the two questions together regarding the same vehicle or are they two separate questions?
In my experience with the Toyota Liteace Noah from 97-2001 they are an unassuming workhorse,
The motor got moved to the front of the vehicle which made servicing a duck load easier and in my opinion aided cooling -simply because of reduced complexity of the cooling system.
They also drive a lot more "carlike" than traditional small vans. again due to the engine going forwards I think.
We had a 1997 diesel 2.0l 8 seater for a few years and it was utterly bulletproof.
