is there a factory floor in the passenger side dash boards lot ive seen on here are failing and damaged. Really like the year and car but its putting me off buying one. or is it just sloppy owners.

A lot of Toyota’s like the Prados had problems back in the 2000s Had trouble with the dash cracks.

Do you mean cracks in vinyl dash top? In which case they can be repaired anyway.
