Repairing a small hole between Cylinder sleeve & b

spudster, Jun 8, 12:49pm
Is there any way to repair a small hole between the cylinder sleeve and block? It is at the top where the head gasket sits and allowing a small amount of coolant into the cylinder.
Engine is a DS11.
Thanks

What if you do something dodgy like drilling and tapping a thread, then putting a bolt into it, then cut it off flush?

If the hole is between the sleeve and the block it should not leak water into the cylinder and the head gasket should seal. If there was water getting through to the cylinder there would also be air going back to the water gallerys causing the system to pressurise.
