thermo fans arnt workin fuses seem alright, can sumone please tell me where the senor is on the block !

either on the radiator on on the end of the head gearbox side. Check that the fans arnt seized

Have you tried running 12v directly to the fans!

Oh, and the fan switch (from memory) should be located in the thermostat housing. Don't forget to check under bonnet relays also.
