Nothing wrong with a PT that a few small mods wouldn't fix .

The Chrysler 300C is the most awarded car in history, however the smaller Chrysler Neon has been one of the most criticised, largely because of it's joke 3-speed auto. The PT Cruiser sits somewhere in between, some people praise them, others dislike them.I agree though that for fans of that classic styling it's worth paying a bit extra in maintanance.

who cares , even if it wasnt bollocks
they look like a 4 oversized wheeled brick
no amount of chrome on the grille is ever going to take away the work of the ugly stick

I cant vouch for their mechanicals but I think the PT Cruisers would have been a great seller if they were a lot bigger. Maybe a foot wider & 2x foot longer with a V6 or V8.
I like the look of them.

Have owned , 1929, 1939, 1963 and 1971 Chryslers. I qualify as a Chrysler fan, but would never ever be seen driving a Cruiser. Two U s! Underpowered and Ugly.

cant disagree on the Underpowered bit
its nothing special for a 4 cylinder either. the PT Cruiser is crying out for RWD & a mini V8
