No, you can buy a without a warrant, but it has to be written on the CIN card what the date it expires. You can also buy a car'as is where is'.BUT if you are buying a car at retail, then the dealer is supposed to put or have a wof no older than a month.or 21 days.can't remember exactly. Also there are variables too, all depends on what on negotiated.

If buying as a classified, must be 28 days or less. If buying as an auction, no requirement. It's as simple as that.
