the warning light gets connected to the outer slip ring bush, and the reg also connects to that same bush, the black wire goes to body/ground, your old 3 wire would have connected to the other bush, but that is no longer needed, the other bush just connects to the rectifier's last plate , hope that makes sense, or. that could be wrong, the bush closest to the regulator has a plate that gets attached between the reg body and the plastic sace that holds the bushes, so the reg wire may be connected to the other bush! I just cant remember right now.

as above but orange connects to the brush thats notconnected to earth not the bush lol and yellow goes onto w/l terminal of rectifier black to earth while ya at it replace the rectifier they are always stuffing out
