This could lead to poor (lacking skill or care) drivers being saddled with unwanted trash while they figure out how to clear the fines or alternatively crush the vehicle to clear there front lawns. Just a dumb idea.

Dumb idea, What would be a better idea is to automatically take the licences off people who don't pay their fines within 6 months, if they continue to drive you throw the book at them, confiscating their car for 6 months and their licence for a further 6 months.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
