What would cause battery light flickering on hj holden! Battery charging fine at 14v.

Its pretty tight. Its the temp and alt light flickering dully when engines running. and then when i pull the handbrake on that light flickers opposite to the alt and temp light.

car hasnt been on the road since god knows when. has a good running 202 from a hq put in it. so all ive done is wired in a external reg from repco.
