Actually, it doesn't really seem like you have listened to any of the very good advice by knowledgeable posters in your other thread anyway.

rodg.sue, Jun 28, 6:48am
Sorry mate. Ive got absolutely no clue what any of that means. Will it work fine or do i need something different!

andrea_w, Jun 28, 6:48am
Yes it will. but I'd never have fusion in my car, even if someone paid me.
So you've ignored all the advice you got and you're doing it your way, that's all good but enjoy the terrible sound quality you'll get (even though you wanted the opposite).
A tad confused why you needed to start a new thread too.
You're still going to need an aftermarket stereo to run the amp, 2 x RCA preouts would be recommended.

Your 1000w sub will be more like 250-300w RMS depending on age/model, your speakers most likely about 60w RMS, so yes, the amp will work.not perfect, but it will function.

Im planning on putting a SonyCDXGT610UG in it! And what amp would suit it best then!

rodg.sue, Jun 28, 6:59am
Oh and whats RMS! haha

Root, mean, squared.

Root Mean Square.
It happens in the back of cars parked in the town centre of Palmerston North on Saturday nights.

Just use the Fusion amp. Set the levels and gains correctly to prevent clipping etc and it will do what you want it to.
