Is the boat red or blue! Is it stuck on a reef! If it's a row boat - you could tip it upside down!

How big is the tank!Why not just remove tank and tip contents into suitable bucket!

whyt is the reason for removal ! if it is water conterminated then you got to check if it can be drained at bottom some have no drain and pick up from top. these tanks are hard to empty and only guarantie to have em clean is removal. like above what tank and what is reason for the removal of the diesel!
