Well said. It is very disappointing Honda hasn't really done anything like this lately. The latest civic hatch type r was hardly an improvement over the last gen from way back in 2001. The S2000 was ok new price was quite high which I am sure hurt sales - reborn in a coupe form and with a slightly longer wheel base (to aid handling at the limits) would give this a run for sure. I would much rather own an NA highly strung honda engine than a subaru hybrid.

???This car is the final nail in the coffin for Honda???Get real mate, the reality is that sports car sales make up a very small percentage of global sales. Honda (as with most manufactures) does not rely on sports car sales to make up the massive market share that they hold. That aside I can??
300kw is more like it! although they should keep it rwd

"The chief engineer of the 86, Tetsuya Tada, told Drive there is room for a three-tier sports-car line-up in the Toyota range, with one car sitting below the 86 and one above it, the latter possibly being a successor to the iconic Supra."
So does that mean theyre going to make a smaller lighter RWD coupe as well!
