Electrical problem with my vehicle. I have been told could be an alternator problem. Car is immobile. Any place in South Auckland I can bring y alternator to, for testing ! TIA.

there's an auto sparky in Norman Spencer Rd Manukau, he checked my suspect Alternator for free, only took a few mins.

put a multi meter accross the + and - of the battery with the car running, make sure you have the meter on dc volts. If you get a reading of 13.5 odd volts , your alternator is charging. I f its 12v or under its got probs

Car can't start - probably because battery drained because of faulty alternator. But I need to confirm the alternator is the culprit. Had a breakdown service give me 2 different opinions from different people.
