I see some dealers only use a GST receipt and the Consumer Information Notice forms for paperwork. Just wondering, are the traditional 'offer and sale' agreement forms still compulsory for dealers!

It depends on the kind of sale it is. The CIN is required by law.If for example a car is sold by auction often a receipt is issued.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
