Hey guys the missus has a 97 caldina gtt while driving up a steep hill last night with my foot gently on the gas the oil light came on took my foot off the gas and it disappeared put it back on and it came back once again foot off it disappeared.
checked the oil level and its perfect once oil level was check no oil pressure light since and have done approx 30ks since then with no weird noises either any idea what it could be!

Not sure where they are on turbo Caldinas, sorry. But, S-FE motors have them on the cylinder head, facing the front, distributor side.

Replace the switch and if it does it again will most likely be blocked oil pickup.

oil switch. on head.just near top rad hose. single purple wire going to it.easy to get to for once.!

magnatec 10w40 did 300ks in it today with no trouble and no oil light
will check the location of switch later or sometime tommorow
