Thanks intrade and kamimitchell it's only at very low cruising revs that it's happening. If I go into overdrive and the revs pick up it pretty much stops.

id get the sparkplugs looked at if its got normal plugs you can tell by looking at em the only ones you cant see condition is the irridium ones.
