We have a Christmas cd in the player in the car and it won't tilt open.Is in Japanese so perhaps it is locked but unsure!PLays ok but can't get the CD out.Is one of those big screens that tilts to open and spits the cd out.

Should be a manual way to open the front, usually requires a pin or paper clip like the dvd drive on a laptop. Might have to remove the unit from the dash to get to it.
