Ya got me on that one.I'd have to agree that the Ford Probe is the best looking car that Ford have produced for many years.

Hey tgray, maybe you should offer Toupée's with every Camaro sold this month. Just a thought.

It does not work like that. It had to be twenty years old at the time of importing so if thats his trump card methinks you would have to export it then import it to make it compliable, then it certainly is not worth it.race car material.

Actually that is how it works. You're thinking of the old LHD rule that was replaced in 2010.So you would have been correct to say that back in 2010, but since then the law has completely changed.

That's true. Before it was ridiculous. I imported a 1971 mustang in 1991 under the old rules, thinking I'd be fine as it was 20 years old - WRONG! It was first registered in the states in aug 71 and I imported in jan 91 and was told it was not 20 years old! Luckily they gave me a break and told me to come back in aug. The rule at the time was indeed 20 years old at the time of importing. That is now not the case, so as long as he has all the correct paperwork, under the existing law it can be registered in 2016. 3 years however, is an agonising time to wait.
