I have a question, my car goes perfectly well apart from when starting all the warning lites go out and diagnostic says all is well but the SRS lite takes around 30 seconds to turn off is this normal

im not sure about length of time but if it works correctly the srs light will come on when ign on and turn off once checks are done.
if its faulty it will either stay on or stay off.

Yes it is normal on those. If there was a fault it would stay on permanently and you would also have an airbag fault message in the instrument display where the odo reading is.
