I'm no expert. I have just done a compression test and 1 - 5 cylinders are 180 psi and number 6 cylinder is 155 psi. What would be the damage ?

Maybe valve seating not as good, maybe just bit more wear in cylinder, I wouldn't worry about it if its going good. Just use it.

As above, but probably wouldn't hurt to check valve clearances, in case of the unlikely event one has tightened up.

If it is an outboard I'd be cautious of corrosion around the exhaust port if #6 is at the bottom
It might be a Mercruiser motor - which is basically a car engine anyway
EDIT: I guess it's a GM 262cui block Mercuriser (four stroke horizontal V6)
