I think it looks okay (but I drive a Triton).
Most people seem to think it is ugly going by the reactions on facebook so I think Toyota will struggle with this one.
I see in the updated specs on other sites they have announced a 3.5ton tow rating and up to 1240kg payload which puts it on par with the competition at least.

I hated the sheep shagger shape when they first came out,i have to say it grew on me . like a wart on an appendage. so I will probably have a look at trading the current hack . if the price is right.Sad to say they all look the same now.Whatever yanks your crank I guess.

Just came back from Rarotonga yesterday and the new Nissan NP300 is on sale now.
2WD double cab diesel is $40k in Rarotonga so I imagine it would be similar $$$ here.
