any chance of a link to that please?

so far i've only seen them state no link to strains in the first outbreak (ie first lockdown). no mention of no link to returnees that i've seen.

Don't read too much into it it has not been possible to analysis the virus genome from all confirmed cases at the border.

Also there are ways that the virus could leak through the border without going via isolation facilities (such as via the isolation exemptions (NZ based air crew, diplomats, Marine crew, or via forigen based air crew that are required to isolate in a hotel (not managed?), but I don't think are required to be tested.)
