just need a quick hand with my holden. it is a 1991 vn 3.8 v6. i have just converted it to manual all ready to go, but i have the auto shifter still plugged in and in park otherwise it wont crank. how do i wire it up so i can start it without the switch being there! tia.

If it's 2 wires, can you just not join them together!

You will have to modify / join wires on the inhibitor plug off the old gear box.

there are 4 wires. currently i just have the inhibitor switch plugged in and sitting next to the handbreak just to drive it.

Check with test light, there prob is reverse light wires there also.
