Head lights must still be on despite the LEDS. BUT I took both my bikes for WOF recently and the LEDS stay on with the head light and they never mentioned anthing at the VTNZ!Lucky I guess till some one notices it then with have to rewire.

Wrong. The requirement is "The driver other than during the hours of darkness must use the moped's or motorcycle's headlamps or, if fitted, the moped's or motorcycle's daytime running lamps." note the "or".

love the ones I saw in Hamilton today - they flashed along with the indicator - indicator bulb on-DRL off / indicator off/DRL on. and so on. niiiiice.

Place in the states does a mean set for motorbikes called Krystal clearwater, good vid and pics howing how good they are, mega expensive for their ones though. better keep buying lotto ticket
