not a fan of the 'new' look. painful to use. change for changes sake is not progress, was it broken before?

In my experience in dealing with tard me back room staff the customer is always WRONG. --Untill such time as the customer proves they are right --then the customer is still wrong. They need to update their browser to "keep up" OR they needed to follow the newly introduced rules even when that is totally impossible to do. or----- I could go on for hours and hours about the changes to justify price increases.
