Outboard Motor Steering Stuck Normally check and turn the steering a few times during the winter months, but fail to this winter and now the tilt tube is stuck. Anyone got any tips on how to free it up, how hard can you hit it with a hammer etc! |

One guy quoted 6 hrs another guy quoted 16 hrs! Maybe the second guy just didn't want to do the job. Replace a head on mid 90s WL. |
